Superintendent
The Osage County R-III School District (Fatima) is seeking applicants for the position of Superintendent of Schools for the 2025-2026 school year. The search will be conducted through The Missouri Association of Rural Education (MARE), headed by Dr. Paul Ricker. The Osage County R-III School District has a rich tradition of excellence through academics and extra-curricular activities. With very strong community support the Osage County R-III School District is an excellent location to further one’s Administrative career.
A new Administrative Building opened its doors in May of 2024, and a new High School is scheduled to be completed in July of 2025. With a very strong Fund Balance, and strong Accreditation with the State this is one of the top Administrative positions to seek in Missouri.

Special Education Paraprofessional

Custodian
Fatima is hiring a full-time as well and a part-time custodian. Summer hours: 7-3:30 (full-time), regular school year: 1-9:30 for full time (3-6:30 for part-time). Please contact Chris Massman (bextent@fatimacomets.org) for more information.
Substitute Teacher
Fatima is searching for more substitute teachers and willing to work with schedules to be flexible based on substitute teacher’s availability as well as requests if and when necessary. Substitute teachers work directly with building principals to know their assignment.
