Assistant Principal – Fatima High School

Osage County R-III School District (Fatima Schools)
Start Date: August 1, 2026
Contract Term: 220 Days (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027)

The Osage R-III School District is seeking a highly motivated and student-centered leader to serve as Assistant Principal of Fatima High School. The successful candidate will support daily building operations, student discipline, instructional leadership, staff supervision, and community engagement in a collaborative, high-performing school environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting consistent student discipline and implementing the Code of Conduct

• Assisting with day-to-day school administration and serving as acting principal when needed

• Supervising and evaluating teachers and support staff

• Contributing to curriculum, assessment, and professional development efforts

• Helping develop the master schedule of classes

• Monitoring student progress, attendance, and behavior

• Supporting extracurricular and co-curricular programs

• Communicating effectively with students, staff, and families

• Participating in district committees and school events, including evenings and weekends

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Educational Administration

• Valid Missouri Secondary Principal Certificate or on pace to obtain certification during 2026–2027

• At least three years of successful classroom teaching experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with others
