Our mission at Osage County R-III is to equip all students to achieve their goals and become responsible, productive citizens, and at Fatima, we bring that mission to life every day through a student-centered approach and a culture that values connection, effort, and resilience.

We offer a wide variety of academic and extracurricular opportunities, and we encourage all students to get involved, explore new interests, and take pride in being part of the Fatima family.
