Band Camp:  Drumline / Color Guard Camp will be held July 16 through July 19, 2018. Full Band Camp will be held July 23 through July 26

REMINDER:  If for any reason a JH or High School student must ride a bus different than what is normally taken, the student MUST have a note from a parent outlining exactly what bus the student is to ride, and where the student will be getting off.  The student must present the note to an administrator, the administrator will sign the note and return it to the student. The student is to present the signed note to the bus driver.  Without a signed note, the bus driver will not allow the student to board their bus. Please note the stop must be a regular bus stop - drivers will not make additional stops.



Due to student supervision issues, students are not allowed to enter the building prior to 7:30 AM.  Students are not to arrive at Fatima prior to 7:30 AM - doors will be locked until that time. Please be advised staff members arriving prior to 7:30 AM will NOT allow students to enter prior to 7:30.

Students are not to stay after school unless in a SUPERVISED activity (utilizing the supervised library, club meeting/event, tutoring, etc.). Due to a supervision issue, students are not allowed to stay after school until game time, etc.  They are required to go home, and return at an appropriate time prior to the start of the event.

Students caught loitering in hallways/classrooms unsupervised before/after school will be subject to disciplinary action.

The “Trauma-Informed Schools Initiative” is being implemented in Schools throughout Missouri. This initiative is a new approach to understanding and working with symptoms of chronic interpersonal trauma and traumatic stress across the lifespan.  Osage County R-III Staff will begin receiving Professional Training during the school year and it is continuing throughout year in preparation for the rollout of this initiative.

In the event school is canceled due to bad weather, the following scheduled non-attendance days will be utilized to make up the days taken:

The cost for HS and Elementary Breakfast will remain at $1.25 per meal.

Elementary Lunch - $1.95 per meal

Junior High and High School Lunch - $2.20 per meal

(School is in session 174 days)

An application for free/reduced meals will be sent home with every student on the first day of school.  All families are strongly urged to apply for Free/Reduced meals as all qualifying students greatly benefit school funding.

Parents of HS Students: 

When your child turns 18 they must sign an Authorization to Disclose Information to Parent/Legal Guardian to allow us to release information to you (attendance, immunizations, course schedule, grade reports, progress reports, discipline, etc.).   Please talk to your child and make sure they understand without the signed document on file, we will be unable to provide you with information after they turn 18.
