Registration is now open for the 2025-2026 School year!

Returning Families: If you have at least one student who attended Fatima during the previous school year, please complete the registration process for Returning Families.

New Families: If you did not have any students who attended Fatima during the previous school year, please contact Holly Neuner in the elementary office: 573-455-2375 ext. 2001 (neunerh@fatimacomets.org) or Judy Eichholz in the high school office: 573-455-2375 ext. 1002 (eichholzj@fatimacomets.org) to register.

2025-2026 Returning Fatima Families Registration 

1. Review the district’s Immunization Requirements, and submit updated immunization records to the Nurse’s Office. Please contact Nurse Jenny Heckman with any questions: 573-455-2375 ext. 1015.
2. Open the Parent Portal and login.
   1. If you do not have a Portal account, please contact your child’s office: eichholzj@fatimacomets.org (for the high school) or neunerh@fatimacomets.org (for the elementary school) to get an activation key.
   2. Once you have this, select the New User option, enter the key, and set up your account.
3. From the Portal’s main page, select More, then navigate to “Fatima Online Registration.”
   1. Update students who currently attend Fatima, and will return, under Existing Student Registration for 2024-2025.
      • If you have a new student enrolling for 2024-25, you can add them here.
   2. Medications: If you wish for your child to continue to receive Tylenol, Ibuprofen, and TUMS, on an as needed basis, please mark these medications are current.
4. Complete the additional Registration documents will be provided at a later date.
