Parents as Teachers Assessments

Early intervention is key to helping children with developmental delays. These assessments are given through our Parents as Teachers Program to help detect developmental delays in young children.

ASQ-3

ASQ-3 is a developmental screening tool that pinpoints developmental progress in children between the ages of one month to 5 ½ years.

ASQ:SE-2 is a parent-completed, highly reliable system focused solely on social-emotional development in young children. Accurately identifying behavior through ASQ:SE-2 paves the way for next steps to help children reach their fullest potential during their most formative early years

DIAL-4

Dial-4 is a global screener for assessing large groups of children quickly and efficiently. It provides standard deviation and percentile cutoff points by chronological age at two-month intervals for total and area scores—Motor, Concepts, Language, Self-Help, and Social Development.
