Elementary (K-6)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING YOUR DEMOGRAPHICS INFORMATION IN LUMEN:
Please log in to your Parent Portal to update your student’s demographics information (contact Holly Neuner in the Elementary School Office at (573) 455-2375 ext. 2001 if you do not have your login information.)
Click ‘View Student Summary’
On the left side of your screen you will see several different areas of information to which you have access regarding your student. By scrolling to the bottom of your screen you will see the ‘Student Registration Information’ section. Single click in the dark gray area, then single click on ‘Demographics Update’ to open the form.
Please review the information, updating incorrect or outdated information, and complete missing information. Please note that due to a new school-wide notification, it is very important that you enter correct parent/guardian email addresses and cell phone numbers for all parents/guardians as the notification system will pull this information from Lumen. If email is left blank, you will no longer receive ANY email notification (school closing, sports updates, specific classroom, club or group updates, etc.). Student cell phone numbers are also required in this section. These will be used for student notification as well. We will no longer be using Textcaster as our notification tool.
After reviewing the demographics information and making necessary changes, save your changes at the bottom of the screen then submit your request for change by clicking the ‘submit’ box at the upper far right side of your screen.
JH/High School (7-12)
